Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Rapid301, a website migration and 301-redirect tool operated by Zoo Holdings LTD. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Use of Service

By using Rapid301, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you are using the service at your own risk and that Rapid301 and its officers, agents, and employees are not responsible for any loss of ranking, traffic, revenue, or visibility that may occur during or after a website migration, rebuild, or redirect implementation.

Rapid301 provides tools to scan websites, generate sitemaps, analyse migration scope, match URLs, review redirect mappings, and export redirect files. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before implementing them on your website or server.

Accounts and Billing

Some features require an account. You may create an account using a secure email magic link or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account email address and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid features, credits, and project unlocks are billed through Stripe. Prices, credit usage, and unlock rules are shown at the time of purchase. Except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a purchase has been completed and the service has been made available.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid301, Zoo Holdings LTD, and its officers, agents, and employees from and against any damages, liabilities, actions, losses, or costs incurred in connection with your use of the service, your website migration project, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Accuracy of Results

While Rapid301 does its best to find the most compatible URL structure, it is not a replacement for human expertise. Users are advised to thoroughly review migration outputs and make any necessary adjustments before implementing them to ensure accuracy.

Comprehensiveness of Scraping

Web scraping is inherently complex, and Rapid301 uses an HTTP-based scraper that does not execute JavaScript. As a result, it may not detect URLs that rely on JavaScript rendering. While the tool aims to identify as many pages as possible, it cannot guarantee complete coverage. Users are responsible for ensuring that their sitemaps are accurate and up to date before initiating the migration. Rapid301 is not liable for any missed pages or incomplete data. We strongly advise users to manually review the migration output and actively monitor site performance after implementation to ensure a successful transition.

Ownership of Data

Users retain ownership of their project data throughout the website migration process. Rapid301 will not disclose project data to third parties without the user's explicit permission, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. We may use anonymised or aggregated data to improve our matching models and product performance.

Privacy and Cookies

Our website uses analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager, Plausible Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use Rapid301 and to improve the product. We also use essential browser storage for authentication, security, theme preferences, and consent choices.

Your use of Rapid301 is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what information we collect and how it is used.

Limitation of Liability

Rapid301's liability is limited to the fees paid by the user for the service. Rapid301 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its service.

Termination of Service

Rapid301 reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or used the service unlawfully. We may also discontinue the service for operational reasons. Where appropriate, we will refund unused prepaid fees that have not yet been consumed.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, where Zoo Holdings LTD, the company that owns Rapid301, is based. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Rapid301 complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including website terms, robots directives, copyright, and data protection rules relating to the sites they scan or migrate. Rapid301 is not liable for any consequences resulting from the user's failure to comply with such laws and regulations.

Confidentiality

Rapid301 agrees to keep user account and project information confidential and will not disclose details of a migration project to third parties without the user's explicit consent, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

Modifications to Terms

Rapid301 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Rapid301 regarding the use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using Rapid301's service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use Rapid301's service.
